If you are having problems with your Event Magic Pro software, you are in the right place. Support is available by phone, fax, email and here on our web site.
If you have a question about Event Magic Pro, you should first review the Frequently Asked Questions to see if anyone else has had the same question. Next, verify that you are running the most current version of the software. You can find your version in the About screen by clicking on the Event Magic Pro logo at the top left of your screen.
When you purchase the software, you are entitled to one year of free support, updates and upgrades. At the end of the year, you can purchase an annual support agreement if you would like to continue to receive updates, support and upgrades. To see when your support expires, go to https://softwarekey.com/customers/ and use your customer id and password to login to your account. This page will list the product you have purchased. To the far right of the listed product is where you should see a Download link. This link is used to get the latest updates. If you don’t see the download link, there should be an option available to purchase the support agreement.
