Magic Pro was originally called Wedding Magic Pro.
Wedding Magic Pro 3.0 was
upgraded and renamed to Event Magic Pro
to better reflect the capabilities of the program for
managing multiple types of events.
Event
Magic Pro is a software application that you install on
your local computer, no Internet connection required.
You can install it on your laptop and take it with you
to meet with your clients - where you will have all of
their important information immediately available.
With
Event Magic Pro, you can enter your prospects - which
will allow you to follow your clients through the sales
cycle. When a new prospect is added, a new
checklist is created which lists the steps you need to
go through for each prospect. Once the contract is
signed, you can change the status of the event to
Active.
When a
new active event is added, based on the type of event
and the event date, a folder is automatically created
which includes timelines, checklists, contracts,
letters, budget, expense categories, specific
sub-events, and more. This is all controlled by
the templates that are set up for each type of event -
all of which can be customized. 90% of the
set up is done for you when you install the software -
saving you hours of initial work. Just add
your vendors and your events and you are ready to go.
You can add as many new event type templates as you want
or you can just rename and modify some of the existing
templates.

4.0 includes templates for other event types.
The demo install includes sub-events, timelines, budgets,
event professional categories, checklists and stationery items
for:
anniversary parties, fund raisers, birthday parties, baby
showers, graduation parties, bar/bat mitzvahs, family & school
reunions, Quinceaneras, and more. Plus you can add
your own event templates - as many event types as you like.
The stationery section includes 4 sample contracts, a
client intro letter, vendor letters, and much more.
**Event Magic Pro was previously
called Wedding Magic Pro. The name was changed
with the release of version 4.0 to more closely reflect the
software's ability to allow you to manage multiple types of
events.
Room Magic Pro can be
added on as an optional module for $69 to work with
Event
Magic Pro. When you install the
Event Magic Pro demo, Room Magic
Pro will automatically be installed. It is a separate
add-on module, but it works seamlessly with
Event Magic Pro
(uses the same data so you don't have to enter it twice).
Just be sure to close one program before
you open the other - it is best to use the button at the top
right of the screen to toggle back and forth between the two
programs.
This is turning out to be the handiest
program a Wedding Planner can use EVER! Our Wedding
Planner often misplaced those small "Post-It Notes". With
Wedding Magic PRO, she's a virtual walking encyclopedia of
wedding details. Plus, it's quite impressive when couples
call on the telephone and the complete event's details
and each step's progress is at her fingertips. All-in-all,
